Praise summer's preferred organic product with the best Frozen Peach Bellini! This early lunch flawless 4-fixing mixed drink is spruced up with a sprinkle of grenadine, and will be respected whenever of the day – even amidst winter.

Abe and I went through the most recent 4 days in Georgia on an end of the week get-away, praising the life of his cousin (whom we lost in June) with a portion of his closest companions. It was a self-contradicting gathering, and even with its dismal minutes, it was loaded with chuckling and great recollections.

Ingredients :

• 2 cups peach slices frozen
• 1/2 cup peach vodka
• 1/4 cup grenadine
• Champagne or Prosecco
• Fresh peach slices for garnish
• Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions :

1. Combine peach slices and peach vodka in a blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Pour the peach mixture into 2 champagne flutes until half full. Drizzle in grenadine, then fill glasses to the top with champagne or prosecco.
3. Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices and mint, if desired.
