Love the taste and the medical advantages of eggs, yet don't love remaining over the stove to flip, blend, or keep an eye on as they cook? Presenting the Baked Western Omelet, which is a simple, hands-off and nutritious approach to sustain a gathering for breakfast, early lunch, lunch or supper!
A simple, quick prepare heated western omelet (Denver omelet) made with ringer peppers, ham and cheddar, so delightful and ideal for nourishing a group.
This dinner can be helped up considerably more by discarding a portion of the egg yolks and including extra egg whites in their place. No one will know the distinction (trust me!).

- Cut into squares and garnish with chives, if desired.
- Recipe Notes
- The classic Western (or “Denver”) omelet usually includes bell peppers, onion, ham, and cheese, so that’s exactly what I did here. However, you can feel free to play around with the ingredients and pick all of your favorites – bacon or sausage, Swiss or American cheese, and any fresh veggies that you might have on hand.
